Samhain Yoga & Nature Retreat

Blaney Spa & Yoga Centre, Enniskillen, Fermanagh, BT937DD
Samhain 2021 festivities

About

Samhain (sow-in) - All Hallows Eve - Halloween

It goes by many names now, but Samhain was originally celebrated as the dividing point of the year, between the lighter half of summer and the darker half of winter. It was the most important date in the Celtic wheel of the year and it still holds importance to us to this day.

Join us at Blaney Spa & Yoga Centre for our full day retreat to celebrate Samhain and to begin to look inwards as we prepare for the coming winter.
Across the day, we will have three yoga sessions to awaken your muscles and your mind, learn about the ecology of the season, unearth the mythology behind the date and share our own customs and traditions around this most spooky time of the year.

We'll keep you well fed and watered with seasonal foods as we learn and share the experience together.
We'll be taking our customary (optional) cold water dip into Lough Erne to really bring you into the present moment and finally, we'll come together with our fire pit ceremony down by the water's edge to bring the day to a close.

Do something for you in 2022.
