We have talks with Klaus Laitenberger, Ursula Schloer,and Ryan Harkin, We have Garden Tours, Children's workshops, with demos from the Loy Association of Ireland, Craft demos, and rope making. We are also delighted to welcome Leitrim s champion boxty maker Phylis Moran for a short talk and demo of Leitrims traditional potato based food.
