About

At Glenwinny, we firmly believe that small is mighty when it comes to our craft.

Our small copper pot stills are the heart and soul of our distillery, bringing forth an intimate and personal touch to each batch. With every distillation, the spirit takes on the essence of our dedication and attention to detail, resulting in whiskeys that are nothing short of exceptional.

From the very beginning, we have set out to challenge the norm and redefine the world of whiskey. Our goal is to create a distinctive and exclusive Irish whiskey that goes against the grain of common practices. Embracing alternative mash bills is at the core of our rebellion, allowing us to experiment with unique grain combinations that weave a symphony of flavours unlike anything you've ever tasted.

Visitors to Glenwinny can enjoy, an immersive and enriching experience that takes you on a captivating journey through our micro distillery.

When you visit us, you'll be treated to a personalised tour and tasting experience including our rum and gin (whiskey coming soon) lef by owners John & Margaret. Learn about our meticulous production process we use to create spirits from grain to glass.
