About

Primrose Cottage provides luxurious self catering accommodation for up to 8 people plus a baby in a cot. Located on the shores of Upper Lough Erne, in Co. Fermanagh - Primrose Cottage has its own garden area and private car parking for three cars. The site is accessed via electronic gates and the cottage is set back 200 metres from the road providing a safe environment for children, and well behaved pets, who are welcome.  There is a large mown grass area for outdoor games and a children’s play area. An outdoor shed is provided for storing bikes, fishing equipment etc. and there is a private 30 berth marina located onsite.

On the ground floor of Primrose Cottage there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower over the bath. There is also a utility room with washing machine. The spacious kitchen living dining area is open plan; the modern well equipped kitchens have integrated dishwasher, fridge with freezer box, microwave, ceramic hob etc.

On the first floor the master bedroom is ensuite and has a king sized bed. There are a further two twin rooms which share a shower room. All of the bedrooms have built in wardrobes and each cottage has a cot and high chair.

The living areas have comfortable lounge furniture for 8 people, wood burning stove, and smart TV. French doors open unto a patio area where outdoor chairs, picnic table and charcoal barbeque are provided. A wood fired hot tub can be added to any booking, and is set up at the edge of the patio for your private use.

To provide a hassle free visit, all the cottages are equipped with linen and towels and have basic supplies of items such as dishwasher tablets, bin bags, cling film etc.

Well behaved pets are very welcome. Guests bringing their own boat are welcome to leave it in the private marina located onsite. The Cottages come with complimentary sit on top kayaks, paddles and buoyancy aids from April to September.

Our prices include all bed linen and towels, electricity, central heating, basket of logs for the fire, wireless internet and the lodge is equipped with basic supplies such as cling film, tin foil, bin bags, fairy liquid, salt and pepper etc.

Primrose Cottage is a minimum hire of 2 nights, and at bank holidays and holiday periods 3 nights. During July and August Primrose Cottage has set check in and check out days of Mondays and Fridays.

Primrose Cottage is located on the same site as Bluebell and Blackberry Cottages and the Woodland Lodges, which combined are perfect for accommodating larger groups of up to 40 people. Cygnet Lodge and Tree Top Apartments are located on a different site 1km away, with capacity for a further 15 people.
