Gortin Glen Glamping is a privately owned family business situated in Co.Tyrone, within walking distance of the Gortin Glen Forest Park. Nestled on the fringes of one of the best forest parks in Ireland, Gortin Glen Glamping has rapidly emerged as one of the must-visit holiday destinations since opening in 2022.

Gortin Glen Glamping is the perfect staycation venue for everyone. It is the perfect place for Families, Couples and Friends. Guests are set to be wowed by magical views across the Sperrins and can enjoy spectacular sunsets in front of their own fire pit and BBQ.  With guests assured of all the comforts of home inside the pod, once you step outside you are wowed by the magical views across the Sperrins and can enjoy spectacular sunsets in the evening. Relaxing in your own private hot tub, you can soak away all your worries under the open sky.  There is also a large grassed area which has a slide, football net and other toys to keep the children entertained.  If you fancy a brisk hike in the hills, a challenging spin on the nearby bike trail or a leisurely walk amongst nature, the pods are within a stone’s throw of the glorious Gortin Glen forest park and its miles of nature trails, family play zone and the Gortin lakes.

Gortin Glen Glamping hosts 5 luxury glamping pods, 3 of which are wheelchair friendly.

Furnished to the highest standard, all pods sleep 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children with a comfortable double bed and large sofa bed.Furnished to the highest standard, all our pods are equipped with the following:

Our Communal area is a popular asset at Gortin Glen Glamping. The perfect place to unwind at the end of the day with family & friends.  Our Communal area is complete with a stove fire, fully kitted kitchen including 2 cookers and microwave, seating, bathroom and even board games for those rainy days around the fire.  Gortin Glen Glamping is the perfect place to come together with family and friends. Whether it is a family get together, a special Birthday or a catch up with friends, our Glamping pods cater for everyone!

Our self-catering pods offers guests an exceptional short-break experience in the heart of the Sperrin Mountains yet are only a short drive away from Omagh (7 miles) and Gortin (3 miles) making them very accessible for travellers from all parts.

In 2023 we were awarded ‘Best Small Accommodation Provider of the year 2023’ at the Omagh Business awards in association with Omagh Chamber of Commerce.

In 2024 we added to our award collection by being award the following awards at the Glamping Locations Ireland awards:
